Castings
Castings are used to produce components close to their final shape, reducing the amount of machining needed afterward. We coordinate sand, investment, and die casting through our foundry and casting partners, in a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, subject to component and quantity requirements.
Sand Castings
Sand-mould casting for components in a wide range of sizes and materials.

Lost-wax casting for complex, near-net-shape components.
Details →Lost Wax Castings
Precision investment casting using a wax pattern process.
Details →Die Castings
Castings produced using a reusable metal die.
Details →Gravity Die Castings
Die casting where molten metal fills the die under gravity.
Details →Pressure Die Castings
Die casting where molten metal is injected into the die under pressure.
Details →Centrifugal Castings
Castings formed by spinning the mould to distribute molten metal.
Details →Shell Mould Castings
Casting using a thin, resin-bonded sand shell mould for improved finish and accuracy.
