We manufacture components to match a supplied physical sample when no drawing exists, measuring the sample, identifying the material, and producing parts that match its form, fit and function. A drawing can be created for your records and future orders.
What it is
The sample is measured with precision instruments, critical features and fits are identified, and material is identified by testing if unknown. Wear on the sample is accounted for so the new part matches the original design.
For approval, a first-off part or drawing is shared before production quantities.
