Custom Hardware
Custom hardware is designed for a particular product, such as handles, hinges, latches, mounts, clips and fixings made to your design rather than from a catalogue. We choose the best manufacturing route, from machining and pressing to casting, and supply finished parts.
What it is
Custom hardware often gives a product its function and look. Depending on volume and shape it may be pressed from sheet, machined, die cast, investment cast or moulded, then finished by plating, powder coating or polishing.
Design review early in the project keeps tooling and part costs under control.
